Welcome to Audiorays. By purchasing a product from our store or interacting with our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

About Us

Audiorays is a division of Développement MID Interactif Inc., specializing in the creation and sale of physical decorative products such as oversized audio cassette lightboxes.

 

Products

All products are hand-assembled and 3D printed in limited batches. Please note that items may contain minor cosmetic variations due to the nature of the production process.

 

Custom Orders

We accept custom orders upon request.
Important: All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once the order is confirmed and production has started.

 

Shipping

We offer free shipping worldwide. Shipping times are between 2 and 8 business days depending your location.

 

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country’s customs office. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are legally required to declare the full value and accurate contents of all shipments on customs forms. We cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue them to avoid customs fees.

If a buyer refuses to pay customs duties or taxes and the parcel is returned or abandoned by the courier, we will not issue a refund for the shipping costs or for any items that are not returned to us in resalable condition.
In some cases, additional return shipping or disposal fees may apply—these will also be the buyer’s responsibility.

We recommend that all international buyers check with their local customs office prior to purchase to understand potential import fees for their country.

We accept secure payments via:

      • Cash on Pickup

    We do not store or have access to your credit card information. All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

     

    Returns & Refunds

    We want you to love your Audio Visualizer. If you experience an issue, here’s how our returns and warranty work:

    30-Day Returns for Defects

    • If your product arrives defective or stops working within 30 days of delivery, you may request a return and refund.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.

    Exchanges

    • If you prefer, we can exchange your defective unit for a replacement instead of issuing a refund.

    Warranty

    • All Audio Visualizers come with a 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

    • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

    • During the warranty period, defective units will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost (shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility).

    How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim

    1. Contact us with your order number and description of the issue.

    2. Our team will provide return instructions or troubleshooting support.

    3. Pack the product securely and ship it back using the method provided.

     

    Affiliate Program

    Audiorays affiliate program is intended to gain new customers. When you are approved and part of  the affiliate program, we will give you 10% for each new successful sale you refer to us.

    • We give you access to a library of banners and logos to use on your site;
    • We have an affiliate area to view up-to-date visit, referral and payout data;
    • Tracking cookie are stored for 30 days after the first visit to maximize earning potential;
    • Enjoy unlimited commissions;
    • Payouts processed monthly via PayPal
    • The minimum amount to transfer via your Paypal is $50.00 for the initial payout. If for a given month you have less than $50 in gain, we keep the amount in your account and will transfer it as soon as it reach $50. This is to avoid extra fees, system abuse of the referal program, and extra management.
    • We will not pay a commission for self-dealing, i.e using the affiliate program to get discounts.
    • We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate account if we think a user is abusing of the system or if we feel tricked by the affiliate;

     

    Product Disclaimer

    Our products are made primarily from plastic materials and include LED strip lighting powered by 5V USB.
    They are fragile decorative items, not toys, and should be handled with care.

     

    Privacy & Data

    We may collect basic personal information such as your name, email, and shipping address for order fulfillment, account creation, and newsletter communications.
    We do not collect or store payment information — this is handled by Stripe or PayPal.
    You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

     

    Intellectual Property

    All designs, images, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of Audiorays and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
