We offer free worldwide shipping on all Audio Visualizers, Cassette Nightlights, and accessories. Every order is shipped with a tracking number.

Depending on the destination country, we may ship your order with UPS, DHL, FedEx, or another trusted carrier.

PROCESSING TIME

Before leaving our workshop, each product is carefully inspected and tested to make sure it meets our quality standards.

Since our products are handmade in small batches, preparation times can vary depending on our current order volume. In most cases, orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.

Typical preparation times:

• Audio Visualizers: 1–3 business days
• Custom Audio Visualizers: 2–3 business days
• Audio Cassette Nightlights: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other situations outside of our control.

IMPORT TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOM FEES

Although shipping is free, any import duties, VAT, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or customs-related charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price and are collected by your local customs office or delivery carrier when applicable.

USA: Orders shipped to the United States are duty-free under CUSMA / USMCA, the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement. No additional import duties should be charged.

Canada: Since Audiorays ships from Canada, Canadian orders are not subject to import duties or tariffs.

Other countries: For all other destinations, import taxes, VAT, customs duties, or handling fees may apply and must be paid by the customer.

EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTIONS

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

By default, orders may be delivered without a signature, depending on the carrier and the delivery rules in your area.

If you want your package to require a signature upon delivery, this option may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm if signature delivery is available for your address.

If signature delivery is not requested, the carrier may leave the package at the delivery address when permitted by their local policies.
